Fraîche is a 38 seat restaurant owned and run by Chef Noah Tucker and Chef Anthony Joseph.
Fraîche is advantageously placed in the Jordaan on the Westerstraat in Amsterdam.
We will introduce a weekly changing seasonal based menu offering three, four or five courses, with a modern simple approach to cuisine and hospitality.The focus of Fraîche is the cuisine, having the chefs as the owners every aspect of the restaurant is controlled by us. Our goal is to use ingredients and supplies from local companies. That is why we pride ourselves with a daily routine of biking through Amsterdam to personally hand pick up our fish, meat and vegetables, as well as sourcing a considerable amount of our produce from local farmers and small specialized growers in Europe. Products are soured as local as possible, this way we can build strong relationships with the suppliers making sure we get the freshest seasonal products.
